Hotspot User Guide
When you first access the i-SURF Hotpsot you will be taken to the sites splash page on our website as shown on the right. If you have already purchased an access token you can proceed directly to the Hotspot Login page by simply pushing the Login button shown.
If you don’t have a valid access code then you can purchase one from this page using the Add to Basket button on the right.
If you are purchasing a new Access Code then view your basket and check the contents.
If all is ok click on the Proceed to Checkout button. If you have registered before you can click on the Returning Customers banner and enter your username and password. If this is your first time using the Hotspot then fill out all of your details as required.
Make sure you select i-SURF Payfast Gateway as the payment method, since any other method will result in a delay on receiving your access code and proceed to the payment page by pressing the Place Order button.
Once on the payment page choose your payment method and complete your order. You will receive your access code by email within a few minutes, if you don’t receive it please contact i-SURF Support using the number above or at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once you have your access code you can use it to setup an account on the Hotspot. Click on the Access Code button on the hotspot login page. To get to this page you can click here. Enter your access code in the box provided and you will be taken to the login page if the code is accepted.
If you already have a username and password enter it in the boxes provided, other wise you will have to choose a username and password and enter a few more details in the boxes provided. Your Hotspot username and password can be used by up to 4 devices at the same time, so if you are a family you may wish to choose a username and password as a group.
Once you have logged in you will see a pop up window showing how much time and data you have got left on the voucher.
